I ran the Spring Into Shape fun run again for October .. and beat my September time by 5 minutes! The next run is on November 18th and I’m hoping to do about 34 minutes .. which will be hard, but achievable: It’s what I ran in November last year!
After a few weeks with a personal trainer I started to actually enjoy running. Weird. However I then made the casual suggestion that I might end up going in a fun-run. In a moment of weakness I signed up and got my sister Jacqui, her husband Matt and my mate Andy to run with me.
